An unrivalled feature of this site is the availability of multiple search engines that enable the user to access virtually all the information available on the Net without having to leave the site, thus making it a one-stop cancer information source.
In order to encourage and increase accessibility to this site to the greatest number of potential viewers, a translation capability into five European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish & Português) has been incorporated. The "Other" button will give access to further translation capability to include Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Filipino, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovenian, Swedish and Welsh; that in addition to Arabic, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. You will notice this feature on the top right corner of home page.
This feature will also allow you to translate web page texts so that you can get an idea of its contents. The translations are done by computers. Although it results in a fairly comprehensible text, we cannot guarantee its accuracy. Please feel free to use this service if you need to just get a rough idea of what the text is all about. TWAC translatedThe idea behind this feature has come about as a result of some visitors volunteering to translate TWAC site pages into Dutch, Hungarian and German. Should you or someone you know be interested in translating TWAC site pages into other languages TWAC shall post such translations under that person's name as his/her contribution to TWAC.
